Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries in Europe. Unfortunately, at the time being Pole + Stretch does not ship to the USA, Canada, Asia or Australia. We hope in time to change this though, so keep an eye out on our blog and Facebook page for updates. 

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be shipped as fast as possible. Orders is expected to be shipped within 2-7 weekdays. The expected delivery time can be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. Read more in our Terms of trade.

How do I exchange a product?

To exchange a product you must return the product to us and then buy the new product from the shop. Read more below in "Can I return a product?" or read more in our Terms of trade

Can I return a product?

When you shop at Pole + Stretch, we offer 14 day returns. The 14-day return policy begins when you receive the delivery. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by email: info@poleandstretch.com. In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item.

When you wish to return you and you alone pay for the delivery back to us. You must return the item within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of return.

The goods must be properly wrapped. It is you who has the liability of the goods until we receive the goods. Therefore, save a receipt and any track & trace number. You pay for the return expenses yourself.

You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you have to try on the products in the same way as if you were in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that when you cancel your purchase, you will receive a small portion or none of the purchase amount. It is up to Pole + Stretch to assess the condition of the product.

Please note that we do not receive returns via DAO as they deliver at night and thus outside our business hours.

What do I do if I have a claim?

When you buy at Pole + Stretch you have a 2-year warranty of your purchase. The claim must be made within 2 months after errors or deficiencies are found.

If you have a claim, you must contact us via email at info@poleandstretch.com

The mail should include a picture and description of the claims. In addition, the order number from your purchase must be entered in the subject field.

You pay for the return expenses yourself and have the liability of the goods until we receive the goods. Pole + Stretch are entitled to have the goods send to us for further examination before acknowledging a claim.
